Logistics:

• 8 week internship, starting ASAP!
• 40 business hours/week
• $11/ hour
• Jessup, PA at Company location, some travel may be expected

Qualifications:

• Completed or currently pursuing Bachelor's degree required
• Comp Sci or Technology background a plus
• Knowledge or experience in recruiting or willingness to learn about IT recruiting;
• A basic understanding of software development platforms and skills is a plus;
• Willingness to learn about latest trends in recruiting, use excellent oral and written communication skills, and interact professionally;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Projects:

• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants, to include posting positions, using variety of sourcing methods and creativity; follow-up, and tracking practices;
• Completing hiring, including offers, on-boarding, orientation, and benefits explanations;
• Developing a qualified applicant pool for both current and future openings;
• Conveying Company capabilities to potential clients and customers.
