Come and take part in creating a collaboration between the Italian American Podcast, the nation’s leading outlet for Italian Americans, and the Italian American media universe! The Italian American Podcast is seeking assistance in compiling a list of all Italian American media outlets, blogs, and social media influencers for a future outreach project designed to bring heritage into the digital age!

This is a short-term, remotely completed internship.

Logistics:

• 40 hours estimated
• $450 fixed fee (intern is responsible for their own self-employment taxes)
• Project must be independently managed and completed by the intern.
• Project must be completed within 4 weeks of the start date.
• Potential for future internships based on the submitted project.

Qualifications:

• Students of any major are welcome to apply!
• Undergraduate or graduate student
• A basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
• Excellent project management skills
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Great time management skills
• Self-Motivated

Project:

Students will be responsible for researching and compiling a list of Italian American blogs, media outlets, and social media influencers. The completion of this database will help promote the Italian American Podcast and its initiatives and provide an avenue for easy dissemination of information. Although this may seem like a small task, every ounce of help, puts this project one step closer to completion!

Project must be completed within 4 weeks of start date.
