The Quality Control Assistant Intern is a position focused on support and learning. The Intern will assist in recordkeeping and basic administration tasks. The Intern will have the opportunity to shadow Quality Control personnel and observe routine inspections.

Logistics:

• Summer 2021, June-August
• 25-40 hours per week, 10 weeks
• $12/hour
• Scranton, PA 

• This is an on-site, not remote, internship opportunity.*

Qualifications:

• College level accredited Business, Construction management, or trade coursework
• Knowledge in building construction trades useful
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction as necessary
• Outstanding critical thinking and analytical skills

Projects:

• Uploading pictures and videos from QC inspections to a designated server
• Assisting with ship loose inventory inspections
• Preparing shortage reports as reported by department managers
• Assisting in the preparation of warranty packages
• Preparing monthly state and third party label reports
• Other tasks as assigned
