Logistics:

• 8 week internship, starting ASAP!
• 20 business hours/ week flexible
• $10/ hour
• TekRidge Center, Jessup, PA

Qualifications: 

• In progress Bachelor’s or Masters in Comp. Science, IT, or equivalent.
• 1 year minimum development experience with Java, HTML, CSS JavaScript and a good working knowledge of MVC patterns (Spring)
• development experience with HTML, XML, JavaScript and CSS
• experience programming in SQL Relational Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and a good working knowledge of SQL
• experience with JavaScript libraries such as Angular JS 2, Bootstrap and Node JS
• Understanding of mobile development using Ionic or similar frameworks
• Solid understanding of the fundamentals of computer science and software development
• Ability to communicate both technical and non-technical information clearly in presentations and answers to questions from customers
• Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours

Projects: 

Develop your skills through:

• Using development application language skills
• Using a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services
• Learning new development application programs, expanding experience by working on Cloud applications;
• Identify challenges in implementation; correcting changes, using continuous improvement and continuous delivery.
