Qualifications:
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
• Customer Service Skills
• Technical Troubleshooting
• Hands on knowledge and/or experience with Microsoft Office
• Creative and Analytical skills, quick learner and great problem-solving skills
• Driver’s License

Projects:
• Assist Security Operations Center (SOC) Tier II engineers in the analysis, and troubleshooting of customer trouble tickets
• Work collaboratively with engineers to perform daily integrity checks
• Assist engineers in the review of system logs, resolution of application alerts
• Assist with systems maintenance and configuration troubleshooting  
• Document troubleshooting results, update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
